Grade/Level: Professional Engineer License
Work Schedule: A typical workday is Mon. – Fri., 8AM – 5PM
Positions Supervised: Junior Engineering Staff
Required to work a minimum of forty hours a week that includes flexible schedules, hours other than 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., occasionally having to work on Saturday and/or Sunday.
To investigate existing subsurface conditions and materials; determine their physical/mechanical and chemical properties that are relevant to the project considered, assess risks posed by site conditions; design earthworks and structure foundations; and monitor site conditions, earthwork and foundation construction.
To mentor junior staff and lead by example. Maintain and grow client contacts.
Review reports and proposals.

Attend functions for marketing and customer relation benefits.
Educate on how to profitably manage a project and maintain customer satisfaction.
Develop and direct procedures and methods to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
