We are currently looking for an Electrical Engineer, or experienced Electrical Designer, to join our growing engineering team in the Washington, DC office (located in Arlington, VA).

Our professional design staff includes: Architects, Interior Designers, MEP Engineers, Structural Engineering, Land Development Planners and Engineers, and various other building and technology professionals.
We have offices in Charlotte NC, Newport Beach CA, Durham NC, Orlando FL, Washington DC and Beijing China. Across the Little design studios, our many project types include: higher education, K-12 schools, civic/government, financial services, retail, office, interior renovation, R&D facilities, mission critical centers, and healthcare.
Candidates considered for this position will have most of the following qualifications:
Be competent and committed, with an ability to collaborate in a team setting.
Possess strong problem-solving skills and the passion to pursue the best design solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering (or equivalent industry experience necessary for design).
1-4 years of professional experience related to MEP design and/or construction.
Working knowledge of REVIT and/or AutoCAD.
Lighting design knowledge, and experience with performing calculations and layouts
Understanding of basic power systems design
Familiarity with low-voltage systems design parameters
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
These qualifications would be a plus for the ideal candidate:
Knowledge of building, energy and electrical codes.
Experience with LEED certified projects.
Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam.
Construction administration experience.
