Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure is currently seeking an Environmental Technician/Scientist to join our St. Louis (Ballwin) office. Work is out of town, home on weekends typically.
Ideal candidates: •Have the ability to conduct routine maintenance on remediation systems (knowledge of electric, plumbing, a plus) •Have some environmental field work experience •Have soil/groundwater sampling experience •Exhibit an extremely high level of professionalism and superior attention to detail
Skills / Qualifications •Education - HS equivalent through recent college grade (science major a plus) •40-hour HAZWOPER Trained •Physically able to perform outside field work •Quick learner •Valid Driver’s License •Must pass drug test, physical, and background check and must have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Company's driving (MVR) policy
